Shofus is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience while ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. To enhance your confidence in our service, we offer a 7-day return policy designed to address any issues you may encounter with your order. We value your trust and strive to support you in every way possible.
Conditions for Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- If the product has any technical issues.
- If the product is damaged or defective.
- Incorrect item is delivered.
- If the product is missing parts or accessories.
- The product does not match the description on the website.
If the void stickers are found to be broken, the return request will be null and void.
Note: In open boxes and refurbished items, accessories could be missing and the box could be changed. Every product condition is mentioned on the product details page, so please check before ordering.
Exclusions
The following situations are not included in our refund policy:
- Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear of the product is expected.
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers or labels.
Process for Requesting Refund
To request a return and refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and product information.
- Our team will guide you through the return and refund process, which may involve returning the item to us.
Timeframe for Refund
Return and refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for return and refund.
Return and Refund Procedure
Technical Issues: Should you encounter any technical issues with our product, we kindly ask that you inform us via phone call or WhatsApp. Upon reaching out, we will provide you with a Google Form via WhatsApp, allowing you to detail your issue for our technician's review. Our technician will follow up with you within 24 hours.
If your concern remains unresolved after this initial contact, we will facilitate a reverse pickup of your shipment. In the event that reverse pickup is not feasible in your location, you will be required to send your parcel to our specified address (please note that we are unable to cover shipping costs).
Once we receive your parcel, we will process and ship your ordered product as soon as possible. If the originally ordered item is unavailable at that time, we will present you with alternative product options. Should the selected alternative have a higher price, you will need to cover the difference. Conversely, if the alternative is priced lower, we will refund the remaining balance to your bank account.
Other Issues: If you received any damage or missing accessories, we will replace the product within 7 days according to our return and refund policy, but you must have an unboxing video or images of the parcel.
Customer Responsibilities
To facilitate the refund process, please ensure:
- The product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- All accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included with the return.
- The necessary documentation, such as proof of purchase, is provided as requested.
