At Shofus, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to address cases where a refund is necessary. Please review the conditions and process carefully before requesting a refund.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be issued under the following conditions:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- You received an incorrect item and do not wish to proceed with a replacement.
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or missing essential parts, and a replacement is unavailable.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- If the product has been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- If the serial number, warranty stickers, or labels are tampered with or removed.
- If the product is returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
- If the return request exceeds the 7-day refund window from the date of delivery.
- Open-box and refurbished items may have missing accessories or different packaging. These conditions are mentioned on the product details page, and refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support โ Reach out to our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide Required Details โ Share your order number, product information, and a clear explanation of the issue. Supporting evidence such as an unboxing video or images of the parcel may be required.
- Approval & Return Process โ If your refund request is approved, you may need to return the item to us. If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to our specified address (shipping costs are not covered).
- Refund Processing โ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If an alternative product is offered and you decline, the eligible refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7โ10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via bank transfer. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued only after verifying the returned productโs condition.
- If a replacement is available, a refund may not be provided. Instead, the product will be exchanged as per our Return Policy.
- If your order was placed using a promotional discount, only the amount paid after the discount will be refunded.
